1. We provide a hassle-free return and exchange policy valid for 7 days from the delivery date, with an additional 5-7 days allowance for returned products to reach us. Our service includes reverse pick-up facilities for added convenience. Upon refund, a reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted per order, irrespective of the number of items within the order. Hence, if an order comprises multiple items, only one deduction of Rs 100 will apply for the entire order, rather than on each individual clothing item.

    2. Kindly ensure that the product(s) are returned in their original condition as they were shipped. Refunds will not be issued for products returned in poor condition or clearly worn.

    3. Please allow a processing period of 7 days for returns to be completed and for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account. Please be advised that refunds or bank transfers are exclusively applicable to prepaid orders or online payments made on our website.

    4. For payments made using the COD option, you will receive store credit equal to the amount paid, which can be utilized at any time.

    5. Refunds do not include shipping charges.
