AMSWAN Exchange Policy
At AMSWAN, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not fully happy with an item, you may be eligible for an exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Exchange
- Timeframe: Items must be returned for exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.
Exchange Process
- Initiate the Exchange: Contact our Customer Service team at crm@avnide.com or call us at 9289748877 to initiate the exchange process. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange.
- Approval: Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
- Return Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RAN. Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Processing the Exchange: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. Once approved, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the new item is dispatched.
Exchanges for Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you at no additional cost, along with instructions for returning the defective or incorrect item.
No Refunds
Please note that all sales are final. We do not issue refunds for any purchases made on our website
