We assure you that we are going to deliver your products to you at the earliest.
The standard ground mail service is shipped via BlueDart/Gojavas/Ecom/Aramex/IndiaPost. We will try and dispatch all our orders within 24-48 hours on normal working days. Please note that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. We do not give any guarantee on the arrival date or time, as it depends on the courier partner and location.
- PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
2.1. Without putting a limit on the generality of Clause 14 (Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns), if a product/ service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of any technical errors, will retain the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product/service, unless the product has already been delivered or the service already been availed by you. If an item has been priced incorrectly, Avnide Sports Private Limited may, in its sole discretion either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been delivered and the services availed, your offer will not be deemed accepted, and Avnide Sports Private Limited will have the right to modify the price of the products and contact you for further instructions using the contact details provided by you.
2.2. Prices and availability of the products and services provided or offered on the Website are subject to change without prior notice and at the sole discretion of Avnide Sports Private Limited and Avnide Sports Private Limited may revise and cease to make available any product/service at any time.

These Terms are governed by and construed per the laws of India. You must agree, as we agree, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Haryana, India.

What are the terms of the Am Swan exchange policy?
The customer will be able to apply for an exchange for their order within 30 days after the order has been delivered. We offer a reverse pick-up facility for most pin codes.
Exchanges can only be made for the same products in a different size. Products cannot be exchanged for different designs in the same product category or instead of any other product across our website/app.
If you want to exchange products from a combo pack, the whole pack will be sent back to us. Partial returns will not be accepted. If there is any manufacturing issue, or if there is any other query regarding this, you can contact us on the number 96501 57070 or email us on crm@amswan.com .
Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded and we will not be able to gift wrap any exchanges requested.
For maintaining strict hygiene standards for our products, we do not accept exchanges on several product categories, which include but are not limited to boxers, masks, sweat-activated t-shirts, shorts, and socks. Am Swan may, at its discretion and without any prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.
How to create an exchange request?
For exchanging your order, you will have to log in to your account and follow the steps:
Go to the 'Orders' section
Click on the exchange button next to the product you want to get exchanged.
Choose the reason for exchange from the dropdown and select the size you wish to receive in exchange. Stock will be subject to the availability of the product.
Select the mode of return for Reverse Pickup and Self Ship or drop.
In case your pin-code is in an unserviceable area for a reverse pick up, you will be prompted to change the address and pin-code or you can select the Self Ship option.
you need to click on the acknowledgment box and submit the exchange request.
Your exchange order will be shipped once the original order has been successfully collected, and the tracking details will be shared with the customer accordingly.
In case your pin-code lies in the non-serviceable area for the reverse pick-up facility, we would request you to self-ship the product to us. We will credit 100 AS Money in your account instead of the shipping costs and once the original product has been received, the exchanged product will be shipped out for you.
When will my product get picked up once I have created an exchange request?
Once we have received your exchange request, our courier partner's team will arrive at the address for a pickup within 2 business days. Please ensure that tags are intact on the product(s) for it to be accepted by the courier company.
When will my exchanged product get delivered?
Your exchange product will be shipped from the warehouse after we have picked up the returned Product from your end. In India, orders once shipped, are normally delivered within 1-4 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time might vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors like public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.
Return Policy
Customers will be able to return their order within 15 days after an order has been delivered to them. We offer a reverse pick-up facility for most of the pin codes. For pin codes that lie in non-serviceable areas by our courier partners against the reverse pick-up policy, you will have to self-ship the product(s) to us.
For hygiene purposes, we might refuse returns when it is obvious that the item has been worn, used, washed, or soiled. Defected products should not be sent back to us unless it is confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at crm@amswan.com and we will get back to you regarding the same. Once it is confirmed by the Customer Experience Team, the refund will be initiated either into your bank account or AS Money, according to your convenience.
If you wish to return something from a combo pack, the whole pack will be returned. Partial returns will not be accepted. If there is any kind of manufacturing issue, or you have any other query regarding this, you can contact us on our phone number or email us at crm@amswan.com .
Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable.
Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded by the company if goods are returned to the company. Also, we will not gift wrap any replacements that you have asked for.

b.The invoice is missing.
- The price and the batch number has tampered
- The original packaging is missing.
How can a return request be created?
For returning the order, you will have to log in to your account and follow the following steps:
Go to the 'Orders' section
Click on the return button next to the product you wish to return.
Select the reason for returning the product from the dropdown menu.
Select the mode of return you wish to select for reverse pick up or self shipping.
In case your pin-code is serviceable for a reverse pick-up, kindly confirm the pick-up address and contact number.
Click on the acknowledgment box and submit the return request.
In case your pin-code lies under a non-serviceable area for the reverse pick-up facility, we request you to self-ship the product to the company. We will credit 100 AS Money in your account instead of the shipping costs.
When will the product be picked up after creating the return request?
Once we have received the return request, the courier partner's team will arrive at the address for a pickup within 2 business days. After the product has been picked up, the complete amount will be refunded to your Am Swan account as AS Money within 48-72 hours of pick up. Please ensure the product(s) and the tags are intact on the product(s) for it to be accepted by the courier company.
Where do I need to self-ship the returns?
If your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you will have to courier the product(s) to the following address: Panchanan International Pvt Ltd,Khasra no. 3/4,7,8,11/2/1,19/1,village Tajnagar, Farrukhnagar, Gurugram, Haryana- 122506
The customer needs to ensure that the items are packed securely to prevent any damage or loss during transit. All items need to be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount + 100 (instead of courier charges) will be refunded to your Am Swan account as AS Money.
NOTE: Please ensure that your courier cost does not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend you to use ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is an entity owned by the Government of India and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
The product has been picked up but I haven’t received the refund yet?
If it has been 48-72 hours since your product has been picked by our courier partner and if the refund is not reflected as AS money, please email us at crm@amswan.com and we will sort the issue for you.
I want to return a product I bought on discount. Will I get the full amount refunded?
No. We will refund the amount you paid.
In case I place a return request for the products, will the Shipping/COD/Gifting charges be credited back to me?
No. These charges are applicable each time when an order is placed and are non-refundable.
